To maintain fairness and efficient scheduling:

💡 Tip: We recommend confirming via text, phone, or email as soon as you receive your reminder message to avoid automatic cancellation.
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
After two no-shows, prepayment will be required for all future appointments.
If you arrive 10 or more minutes late, your treatment time may be reduced or rescheduled depending on availability.
In these cases, the full-service fee still applies.
We understand that emergencies can happen.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your appointment due to illness, medical situations, or emergencies.
Fee waivers will be considered at management’s discretion.
