BELOTERO LIPS SHAPE results are long-lasting but not permanent. Typically, you can expect your enhanced lips to maintain their fuller look for about 6 to 9 months. Some lucky individuals find it lasts closer to a year. Because the lips are very mobile (think eating, talking, kissing), they can metabolize filler a bit faster than other areas. Will my lips feel weird or hard after?

What if I decide I don’t like the results?

Is there anything special I should do after getting lip filler?
After your lip injection, there are just a few simple guidelines: – Stay hydrated and avoid excess salt right after, to help minimize swelling. – No heavy rubbing or massaging of the lips for at least 24-48 hours (we want the filler to stay where we placed it). – Skip high-temp environments for a day – no sauna or very hot yoga immediately after, as excessive heat could increase swelling. – You can apply an ice pack gently offand-on if you experience swelling. – If your lips feel a bit dry (they can post-injection), use a gentle moisturizer or balm. – Lastly, enjoy your new look! There’s no medical downtime, so you can go about your day. Some patients schedule injections at week’s end so any minor swelling is gone by Monday, but many find it’s not necessary.
